You have 30 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges
To be eligible for a return or exchange:

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition as when you received them.

Exchanges

Exchanges are available for products of equal value.

Return Process

Initiate a Return or Exchange: Contact our customer service team at info@thefengshui.shop within 30 days of purchase. Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return or exchange, and the reason for the return or exchange.

Receive Return Authorization: Our team will provide you with detailed instructions on how to return the item.

Ship the Item Back: Securely package the item(s) and any required documentation. Ship to the address provided by our customer service team.

Processing the Return or Exchange:

Return: Once we receive the returned item, and have verified that the product is within returning guidelines, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 1-3 business days. (Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.).

Exchange: If exchanging for another item of equal value. Once we receive the returned item, and have verified that the product is within returning guidelines, we will ship the new item to you within 1-3 business days, subject to product availability.
If exchanging for another item of greater or lesser value. Once we receive the returned item, and have verified that the product is within returning guidelines, we will ship the new item to you within 1-3 business days, subject to product availability. We will process your payment for the difference of the item of greater value or refund the difference for the item of lesser value to the original payment method within 1-3 business days. (Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.).
Exceptions
Certain items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable, including:
